Pier One units are rented Saturday to Saturday. Call the owners for shorter stays. 3 night minimum available occasionally. Five lovely vacation rentals are fully equipped, guest units with decks and include a 2-bedroom, a one-bedroom apartment suite, a separate charming seaside cottage, a bright and sunny studio with efficiency kitchen and a large studio with separate kitchen 2 decks and gas fireplace. Manicured grounds and private sundecks, for each accommodation, on a sheltered cove provide a unique Maine coast setting all topped off with breathtaking views of Southwest Harbor, a 150-foot dock, sunsets beyond compare and the mountains of Acadia National Park.

The property has been lovingly transformed over the past century into a beautifully landscaped private vacation rental compound that welcomes singles, couples, families, kids and, sometimes, even pets. This is also a wonderful compound for a family reunion. Dock and launch your canoe, kayak or small boat right outside your door.
